  5. Roles in change and its challenges.

 

Module III. MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

  1. Models of O.D. and their approach to learning, communication and feedback.
  2. Leadership as a key factor in the change process.
  3. Development of High Performance Teams.
  4. Strategic planning to facilitate change management.
  5. Types of activities in the O.D.
