The coach accompanies the coacheé in the self-discovery process and helps him to redesign his route to achieve a multiple approach, give the expected result and reach the desired goal.

HOW ARE SESSIONS ORGANIZED?
For the Executive Coaching, an initial meeting with the personnel interested in receiving coaching is required, or with the head of the program in the company, to establish the objectives of the organization.
Once these objectives are established, individual face-to-face conversations are created in the company or in the Consultek offices.
The goal will be defined and the action plan will be designed within the first sessions and during each session we will work on the follow-up, learning, tasks, and feedback and belief disfundamentation.
Also, according to what the company needs and what is agreed with the coacheé, an initial diagnosis and a final report of results will be given to the interested person or who has contracted the service.
