  1. ACTION PLAN (CHRONOGRAM). BASED ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF CURRENT SITUATION, THE PARTICIPANT IS EXPLAINED HOW TO FORMULATE THE PATH OF ACTION TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CTPAT AND TO ACCESS THE CERTIFICATION.

XII. INTERNAL AUDIT. THE MOST IMPORTANT POINTS TO CARRY OUT THE INTERNAL AUDIT ARE EXPLANED SO TO BE PREPARED FOR THE AUDIT OF THE CERTIFICATORS.
