I. OUTLOOK BASIC CONCEPTS
A. Send and receive
B. Create contacts
C. Receive notifications of sending and reading
II. RULES OF RECEIPT
A. How to move a mail to a folder?
B. Notify to a contact
C. Notify to a specific list
D. Delete mail
III. INTERFACE CONFIGURATION OF CALENDAR
A. Establish the calendar checking per day, week, work week, month, and scheduling
B. Send calendar by email
C. Change permits to access to my calendar
D. Open the calendar by other user
E. Create a calendars group
IV. TASKS
A. Add the tasks list at sight to the calendar
B. Configure the vision of tasks per start date or by expiration date
C. Create a new task
D. Delegate a new task to other user
E. Change the percentage of implementation tasks
F. Mark a task as done
G. Send a report about the task’s status to the person who assigned
V. OUTLOOK NOTES
A. Create new notes
